We work on an appointment only basis. We do this so you have the best experience and all of that booking time is dedicated and tailored to you and your experience being pierced with us!

Deposits
All bookings require a deposit. Your deposit is your piercing fee. At the beginning of your appointment, you will have a jewellery consultation where you hand pick your jewellery for your piercing. We offer a wide collection of jewellery starting from your standard Implant Grade Titanium that starts at £15, moving through to 14 & 18 karat Golds, etc. Your jewellery cost is then payable at the time of your appointment.
Age Restrictions & ID
We are happy to pierce ear lobes on ages 8+.
Anybody under the age of 16 MUST have a natural birth parent/legal guardian with them.
We require a form of valid government issued photo ID for the person getting pierced and also for the natural birth parent/legal guardian, the ONLY ID's accepted are passports, drivers licence, provisional drivers or PASS cards/citizens cards. If you have a different surname to the person getting pierced you must also bring a birth certificate for cross referencing and if you are a legal guardian we also require the appropriate paperwork. Failure to bring ID and possible paperwork will result in the loss of your appointment and loss of your piercing fee. These rules are in place for a reason, to protect the person getting pierced and also us as a business.
You cannot bring a different family member, friend etc to consent for you, by law it has to be a natural birth parent or legal guardian.
It is your responsibility to bring all of the required documents/IDs with you, otherwise your appointment and deposit will be lost and you will need to rebook. We cannot pierce you without ID.
Cancellation Policy
Our policy is minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment you will lose your deposit and will be required to repay the piercing fee if you wish to rebook. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late without notifying us within plenty of time you may lose your appointment and your deposit. Sickness
We cannot pierce you if you have cold/flu symptoms. This is due to healing and your immune system, but also for not passing sickness onto your piercer! If you have a cold or fever, please reschedule your appointment.
